Previous Founding Team Member & Head of Interior Design at Landing. A start up reinventing apartment rentals through a membership program that gives members access to flexible leases with no deposits in 200+ markets.
Kaleigh oversaw the overall Home Design and Development of Landing including; Interior Design, Home Product Development/Industrial Design, and Package Design. Efficiently scaling her teams process, she was able to keep a small team of under 12 while the company grew from 20 to 600 employees. She created a freelancer design program, and curated a custom furniture/decor line reducing product, supply chain, and install cost by 70%.
Prior to joining Landing, Kaleigh was a Designer of high end homes, commercial spaces and furnishings for Artistic Designs for Living, a San Francisco based company designing all over the globe. Kaleigh served as a Designer for Starbucks Store Design in Northern California as well as Global Design for Marriott and Hilton hotels. She was responsible for designing, sourcing, and budgeting. In addition, she focused on project managing, implementing new growth, and scalable solutions.
Kaleigh holds a Bachelor degree in Human Environmental Sciences, specializing in Interior Design from The University of Alabama. Kaleigh has been featured in various media outlets include Forbes, for her breakthrough innovations in Interior Design and Product Development.
